Gladstonian updates
This went down well on the subreddit, so sharing here!
Max has been unusually present on social media recently, so thought I would summarise a few updates for anyone less chronically online:
Max Gladstone will be a panelist at WorldCon in LA! You can find his schedule here. Most appear to be solely in person and not streamed, so alas I cannot attend them. If you might be attending his reading, I would love you forever if you took notes and shared with me.
Unfortunately, he appears to have unofficially confirmed the final book is delayed, as he said he is working on it. As it was originally meant to come out this fall, it seems to have been postponed. (Alternatively...maybe the next book is split in 2, so the final book isn't the NEXT one?? A girl can dream).
For USians, three Craft ebooks are currently discounted! You can get Three Parts Dead, Two Serpents Rise, and Dead Country for $2-3 depending on the platform, it seems.
There is a new (non-Craft Sequence) Gladstone short story, available here on Lightspeed.
We are in the final week to vote for Craft Wars in the Hugos! If you or anyone you know has the right to vote but has not yet filled out their ballot, please suggest they vote for Craft Wars! Lots of people have been sharing their love for the series over on Bluesky, which made me v happy today.
